When will I receive the tracking number for my Jeulia Product?

You usually receive the tracking number for your JEULIA product once your order is shipped.
If you don't receive the shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number at that time, please check your spam folder in case the email got delivered there. If you still can’t find the email, please contact us.
